So what can we learn from this site?

✅ Your niche is probably bigger than you think.

At first glance, rooftop bars & pools seem like a small micro-niche that could barely make you $1k/month… if you’re lucky.

But as it turns out, it’s actually huge.

The site is getting anywhere from 500k to 750k visitors every single month.

It’s monetized with Mediavine, and just display ad revenue alone should get them between $10 and $20k/month. That’s without including any affiliate links to Booking.com or similar sites.

It’s safe to say they are making five figures and up monthly from this micro-niche.
