How do I know that?

It's simple.

And they have a private FB group for course buyers.

They also have relocation tours they offer at $200-$300 per day, so in all likelihood, they made over half a million dollars in less than 2 years with this site.

So what are the keys to their success?

There are a lot of things they are doing right, but here are a few things that stand out:

✅ Excellent keyword research.

They have only around 200 pages, but the keywords they rank for are a perfect fit for their business.

✅ Diversified traffic sources.

Besides their blog, they also have an active YouTube channel with 38k subscribers. Not only does that provide additional social proof and traffic, but they also capture emails and put them in a sequence that sells their course - awesome.

✅ Building a community.

The course buyer's Facebook group is pretty active, with several daily posts and almost 200 posts in the last month. This further solidifies their brand and makes selling additional products that much easier (e.g. city relocation tours).
